As the Managing Director of Outsourced Payroll and HR Services at RT ASEAN, Jessie oversees comprehensive payroll administration and HR advisory services for clients both locally and overseas. With more than 15 years of specialised experience in payroll and HR services, she brings deep expertise and practical insights to her portfolio.

She is also the Head of Talent and Resources Management and the Head of Regulations and Compliance at RT ASEAN, where she is responsible for monitoring independence, professional conduct, and ethics across the Firm. Jessie has extensive experience serving in various leadership and office management roles.

She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Business and Management Studies from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom.
