May is a Chartered Accountant (CA) Singapore, a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) accredited by CPA Australia, and a Chartered Valuer & Appraiser (CVA). She holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) degree from Multimedia University, Malaysia.

Over the course of her career, spanning over seven years, May has garnered extensive auditing experience. She has worked with an array of clients, including large charities, listed corporations, MAS regulated entities and privately held companies. Her expertise spans across diverse sectors such as financial technology, payment services, construction, tourism and oil and gas.

In addition to her financial auditing skills, May has experience in certification work for EDB and MOE grants, reverse takeovers (RTOs), and financial due diligence projects, showcasing her profound understanding of financial transactions and business assessments. Moreover, May is also experienced in valuation reviews, including Fair Value of Share-Based Payments and Business Valuations.
