Francis Leung Tak Kuen CA joins RT ASEAN Singapore as Audit Partner
RT ASEAN Singapore is pleased to announce that Francis Leung Tak CA has joined as an Audit Partner.
Francis started his career with an international audit firm in Hong Kong. He then continued his public accounting in Singapore with Deloitte Singapore, Foo Kon Tan Grant Thornton and most recently with Smally & Sims Pac before joining RT ASEAN Singapore.
With more than 30 years of assurance and business advisory experience, Francis takes a proactive approach to providing an in-depth understanding and advisory service to clients in both the private and public sectors. Beside financial audits, he has assisted clients in initial public offerings on the Singapore Exchange, conducted financial due diligence reviews and special purpose audits and investigations.
Francis has extensive audit experience that covers a wide range of industries, including health care, manufacturing, trading, construction, retail shipping , property development as well as leisure and hospitality.
A practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, Francis is also a fellow member of CPA Australia. He also holds a MBA Degree and a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.
